Toma Popovici

Toma Popovici was born in Bucharest.

 

He arrived in France in 1995. He studied at the Fine Arts school of Bordeaux from which he graduated in 2004.

Since then, he paints.

 

In 2011, he received financial assistance from the Regional Directorate of Cultural Affairs for the Midi-Pyrénées area to create a Pictural Space, currently under construction.

 

His work has recently been exhibited at:

- the Galerie Kandler/Kandler Gallery, Toulouse (May – June 2013).  

- the Galerie L'Âne Bleu/ L'Âne Bleu Gallery in Marciac (February - March 2014) 

- at L'Atelier de La Baguenaude, Marciac, during the Jazz festival In Marciac (July - August 2013 and July-August 2015).

- At the Museographic centre Georges Baccrabère, in Toulouse (Novembre – Decembre 2015).

 

 

 He lives and works in Gers (Midi-Pyrénées region).
